Healing is not one-size-fits-all. My approach integrates evidence based practices with a strong emphasis on cultural context, intersectionality and personal strengths.
I believe in the power of community, resilience and self-care, especially for those of us who have historically been underserved or overlooked in mental health spaces.
You deserve a space where all parts of you are welcome and I'm honored to create that space with you.
What We Offer
Debbie offers compassionate, affirming and culturally responsive space where you can feel seen heard and supported.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, intergenerational challenges, or just trying to make sense of life, she's here to walk alongside you - without judgment and deep respect for your story.

Our Process
Therapy with Purpose
Together, we will create a treatment plan to meet your needs and address your mental health symptoms and challenges.
Scheduling
I like to meet with my clients weekly in the beginning, however, I know that life is difficult and managing multiple roles and schedules may not allow that. I will work with you to meet weekly bi-weekly or monthly depending on your needs and availability.
Coping Skills
Every client is different. I will work with you to determine the most appropriate coping skills to use now and in the future.
Termination
To make progress with your mental health, you will need to attend more than one or two sessions. There is no magic wand or cure to your mental health, so we will meet as long as it is therapeutically appropriate. This may be weeks, months, or years.
