Meet Your Therapists
Debbie Gonzalez
Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor
I believe therapy begins with connection—feeling heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. As a therapist, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the emotional weight that can come from constantly taking care of others. I have a particular passion for working with women, and individuals navigating difficult or transitional seasons of life.
Lindsay Fava
Clinical Counseling Intern
Under the supervision of a licensed professional counselor, the intern provides counseling services using a collaborative, person-centered approach. Sessions may focus on areas such as anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, coping skills, and other concerns that may be affecting your overall well-being.
As an intern, their goal is to meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and work alongside you as you develop greater self-awareness and confidence. They recognize that every person’s experiences are different and believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
